Due to corona, nowadays people are not able to travel by train or bus. So, let's see if you want to visit Tirupathi if you want to travel by your own vehicle within two days.
Day 0:
For people traveling from Hyderabad:
Leave by 18:00 in your own vehicle. By 22:00 you will reach Nandyal. have dinner at Nandyal. Today you can have a night stay at Nandyal.
Day 1:
Today wake up at as early as possible and try to leave Nandyal by 4:00.
Route: Nandyal - Cuddapah - Vontimitta
Drive to Vontimitta. You will reach Vontimitta by 7:00.
Kodandaramaswamy temple - Vontimitta
Kodandarama Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Rama, located in Vontimitta town in Rajampet taluk of Kadapa District in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The temple, an example of the Vijayanagara architectural style, is dated to the 16th century. According to the local legend, the temple was built by Vontudu and Mittudu, who were robbers-turned-devotees of Rama. Bammera Potana who lived in Vontimitta wrote his magnum opus Maha Bhagavatham in Telugu language and dedicated it to Rama. The state of Telangana was carved out of Andhra Pradesh in 2014. Rama Navami, the birthday of Rama, was officially celebrated by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Bhadrachalam Temple, which went to Telangana. The Vontimitta Kodandarama Swamy Temple was chosen as the alternative venue of the official celebrations in 2015.
Have darshan at Vontimitta. After darshan starts to Rajampet by 8:00. You will reach Rajampet by 8:30. Have breakfast at Rajampet. By 9:00 leave from Rajampet and reach the Tiruchanur temple in Tirupathi by 11:00.
Padmavathi ammavaari temple - Alamelumangapuram (Tiruchanur), Tirupathi
Padmavathi Temple[1] is the temple dedicated to Goddess Padmavathi or Alamelumanga, the consort of Lord Venkateswara. The Temple is situated in Tiruchanur, at a distance of 5 km from Tirupati. It is believed that the Goddess Lakshmi was born as Alamelu to Akasha Raja, the ruler of this region, and wed Venkateshwara of Tirupati. Goddess Lakshmi gave darshan to Lord Venkateswara on a red Lotus flower at Alamelu mangapuram after his deep penance for twelve years. According to tradition, the Mother Goddess manifested Herself in the holy Pushkarini called Padmasarovaram in a golden lotusPadmavathi (or Alamelumanga) is the main deity of the temple. Padmavathi is the incarnation of goddess Lakshmi and is the consort of Lord Venkateswara. The deity is facing towards the east.
After darshan at Tiruchanur and head towards Govindarajaswamy temple. You will reach the Govindarajaswamy temple by 13:00. have darshan at Govindarajaswamy temple.
According to sthalapurana (local story) when lord Venkateswara come to Tirupathi hills, he visited Vakuladevi, and she became his foster mother. As you already explained this is linked to Dwapara yuga where Krishna promises Yashoda that in the next life he will let her do his marriage and Yashoda reborn as Vakuladevi. Vakuladevi is a maiden and did not have any sons. One story is Krishna's elder brother Balarama reborn as Govindaraja. Govindaraja helped in organizing all the money for Srinivasa's marriage. He is also a foster son of Vakuladevi.
After darshan has lunch near the temple. It will be at 15:00 by this time. Now head towards alipiri walkway, If you reach alipiri by 15:00, then start trekking, If not postpone it for the next day.
The total trail consists of 3550 steps with 9km distance. For a normal person, it will take 3 hours to 4 hours to complete the trail. So, plan accordingly and try to reach Tirumala by 19:00. If you don't want trekking, you can go to Tirumala by your vehicle. If trekking is not possible on this day, postpone it for the next day.
For the people who have reached Tirumala by vehicle: After reaching Tirumala, book your accommodation and keep your luggage and get fresh up. Then visit Varahaswamy temple who is said to be kshetrapalaka of Tirumala. It is said that you should take the permission of Varahaswamy before you take darshan of the main deity.

Do some local Shopping and head for your darshan.
Try to book a darshan slot at 20:00. Have darshan of Lord Venkateswara.
After darshan, take a room in Tirumala and have a night halt at Tirumala.
Day 2:
The people who have done trekking on the previous day, take rest. If you want to visit the temple again, try to book a darshan slot at 11:00. Today wakeup and have darshan at Varahaswamy temple. Spend your day in local shopping, have darshan. Have darshan at 11:00.
For the people who didn't trek on the previous day.
Wake up 4:00 and come back to alipiri by private vehicle. Try to start your trek by 5:00. Even if you walk at a slow pace, you will reach Tirumala by 10:00. Then head for your today's darshan which you have booked at 11:00.
After darshan, have lunch at Annamayya or Sri Tarigonda Vengamamba annadana satram. Now you will reach back to your room by 15:00. Take some rest and vacate your room by 16:00. Reach srinivasa mangapuram temple by 17:00.
Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple is considered sacred, next to the Tirumala temple. Those who are unable to make it to Tirumala can have darshan of Lord Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy to fulfill their wish. As the name indicates, this temple carries significance for newlywed couples. Newlyweds offer prayers first in this temple as this is the place where Lord Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy with Goddess Padmavathi Devi stayed for six months, just after their wedding.
Have darshan and leave Srinivasa Mangapuram by 17:30
Route: Srinivasa Mangapuram - Rayachoty - Cuddapah - Kurnool
Try to reach Kurnool by 22:00. Take some pics in the night lights of the famous Kondareddy buruju.

Have dinner at buruju center. Night halt at Kurnool.
Day 3:
Start from Kurnool by 4:00
You will reach Hyderabad by 7:00.
Things to remember before you start your trip:
1. Check the condition of your car.
2. Keep a Stepney and a tool kit.
3. Aadhar card is mandatory.
4. Book the tickets for darshan and all your accommodations before the start of your trip.
5. For the accommodations in Kurnool and Nandyal, call them just one hour before you reach your hotel and remind them regarding your booking.
6. Try to carry a sleeping bag in case if your accommodation is canceled
7. In Tirumala ghats, you shouldn't complete your ride before 40 mins during uphill and downhill (for example, if you start at alipiri check-post at 5:00, you have to reach Tirumala only after 5:40. They will have another check post at Tirumala entrance, where they note down your travel time in ghats). The condition is the same while you are riding downhill.
