Ahobilam in one day

Ahobilam is traditionally regarded as the place where Vishnu in the form of Narasimha killed the  rakshasa   Hiranyakashipu  in order to save his devotee Prahlada. The legend says that Narasimha emerged from a rock pillar to kill the rakshasa. The moment is represented in a number of the  murti  in the various temples. Also, Garuda prayed for a vision of Narasimha in the form of Avatar, to fulfill his wish, and settled in nine forms across the hills in Ahobilam. It is considered as Navanarasimha kshetra. So, let's see how you can cover this  Navanarasimha kshetra in one day if you are traveling from Hyderabad. Day 0: By 17:30 leave from Hyderabad. You will reach Nandyal by 22:00. Today you can have a night stay at Nandyal. Day 1: Try to leave Nandyal by 5:00. You will reach Ahobilam by 6:00. To take accommodation in Ahobilam you have 3 options, 1. Ahobila Mutt 2. Weekend trip to Tirupathi and Kishkindha (Hampi) from Hyderabad in 3 days and 2 nights

We have been planning to go to Kishkindha (Hampi) since December 2019. We have planned to go during Ugadi in 2020, which was lost in the first lockdown. Finally, Lord Hanuman called us to visit his birthplace in December 2021. Initially, we planned to go on a road trip to Hampi from Hyderabad. But due to the blessings of Lord Venkateswara, we got Rs.300/- Darshan along with APSRTC bus tickets on the same day when we had planned to leave from Hyderabad. Due to fewer leaves during the weekend, our planning continued as follows:   Day 0: We have left Hyderabad by Garuda bus (APSRTC) by 20:30 from the Aramghar crossroads.   Day 1:   After reaching Tirupathi, we took a room in Srinivasam Complex and got freshened up. We booked a car to roam us around Tirupathi and Tirumala. Then we reached Tirumala by 8:00 am and had Darshan of Lord Venkateswara. After Darshan we had our lunch at Annadanam (Vengamamba annadana satram).   After lunch, by 13:30, we left for Tirumala an...
